Happy to meet you! I grew up in Phoenix and have a home in the downtown historic Willo district. I moved to Pine in 1980 and to Payson about a year later. Both my husband, Tim, and I are full-time Realtors with West USA Realty. 

While I specialize in Payson and the surrounding area, I have bought/sold property for clients in Litchfield Park, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Globe, Miami (AZ) and more! If you need a property in an area that I do not serve, just let us know and I will refer you a competent real esate agent there.

I obtained my first Arizona real estate license in 2000 and then received my broker's license in 2004. In 2010, I moved to Iowa to take care of my Dad and got my Iowa broker's license. I moved back to Payson in 2016 and became a licensed Realtor again! After Tim's retirement, he also became licensed in real esate here in Arizona.

Tim and I have 3 children, 6 grandchildren, 2 dogs and 1 parrot. Life is busy and wonderful!
